Can any one reccomend a good lawyer to use in the purchase of property in the paphos area?

Frankly No.

I have used two prominent lawyers and found the standard of service not up to expectations.

A third prominent lawyer is on the other side of my sale and the service is even worse.

A friend used another prominent lawyer ie., a fourth, and is using a fifth to take action against the first.

But I did find a good one in Nicosia.

From what I am reading I didn't realise buying a property in Cyprus would be such a daunting experience.
I guess it is almost impossible to find a home which has the title deeds ready for transfer?

Marion Carter, in Larnaca is our Lawyer. She is English and she is very good at what she does, she also has an office in Protaras.
Make sure you get a lawyer who is working for you and not your developer. Don't use one recommended by the Developer

Lana, is this Demitris as in the solicitor I am using or one who works with Marion somewhere else....if that makes sense.

If so, therefore I presume you would recommend
