Kato Pafos/ tourist areas £2-2.50 a pint. Away from tourist areas in tavernas you can buy a bottle (1.5 littre) of keo for £1.50! Result. Food, expect to pay about 5 quid for a meal, more for specialist ie chinese resturants.

The best restaurant i have so far been to in 14 years of coming to Cyprus is in Peyia and called sophies choice, next turning on your right after the Jail pub. Outstanding food and always consistantly good. The sunday roast is unbeatable and during the week they do chinese thai, mexican, and indian on different days. closed wed and thursday. Highly reccomended. And not expensive.
