I was wondering why there is no longer a memberlist in this new style forum?

where has it gone moderator/administrator?

The memberlist was used by spammers who registered for the sole purpose of placing their URL there.

Since the memberlist didn't serve an important purpose I decided to remove it.

but cant you add it as one of those features where you have to place an x amount of posts to be able to view it (along with others, like a users website if im not mistaken)?

just a suggestion. what does everyone think?

Why would you need to view the member's list anyway? If you want to email someone, you can pm them and if they want to continue talking to you through email, they can give you their address themselves. I have done that with a couple of people. I doubt I would want just anyone viewing my personal information.

it was only a suggestion but i guess if nobody cares then there really is no point. a memberlist makes a forum more interactive. thats all.
