I've never flat shared with anyone before but thinking about it now as costs are a little to high for a single bloke living on my own. Does anyone have any hints and tips on what to look out for when advertising?

Does anyone have any experiences (good or bad) with a flat mate?

ı would rather pay high rent then share with someone ..women are bad at sharing things ı guess ..plus cleaning washing and paying the bills is always a problem .ı would say stay away if u never shared a flat with someoneelse before.
