Moving from Oxford to Limassol beginning of September. Any advice as to who to use re shipping stuff across, or even who not to use!! Any other relevant info, plus a guide on sort of cost Im likely to have to budget for, would be gratefully received.
(that includes the "shipping over"(!) of 2 cats....)

We brought our cats in a cage via cyprus airways, cost about £200 for the shipping and customs fees... far cheaper than BA...

Pet passports will be required of course and the usual worming etc...

We used michael gersons for shipping and they did an excellent job... but not cheap...

Whatever you do don't use Pickfords. We had breakages, theft and it is soooooooooo expensive

www.proactpartnership.com they dont do shipping but they are a british company based in cyprus and know all the relevent info like whos cheapest, best, procedures etc and will arrange everythinging for you.

they helped me move, not jus with shipping, but immigration, mortgage, property and my tax which is very daunting. I think if you go ignorant you run the risk of having problems, but if your with a cyprus company you wont go wrong.
