prices for a taxy is easy just go to www.cyprustaxireservations.com, to half a booking to check the price or a whole one if you really want to book your taxi on line before you go on holiday.

ok remember: if taxi driver doesnt switch on METER, dont bother reminding him, just walk out on destination without paying.

Sounds expensive that. It only cost me £cy45 (approx £54gbp) to Nicosia from Pafos that was in April 2006

Shouldnt be more than £25-£30 at most

Prices go up every few months with 6 to 8%... petrol is gold these days you know. Besides at least you are sure of your transfer.

I thought price per mile was controlled by the Government, and I have seen no announcements of rate increases recently.

If you're stupid enough to book through a booking agent you'll pay over the odds, they make more than the taxi driver does!

Book through www.grabthatcab.com. The price they quote is £28 from Larnaca to Limassol.
