tobacco prices in cyprus?

Hi, i am visiting cyprus on holiday, i was wondering if anybody could shed light on the price of tobacco in local shops and airport?

If you are coming or going from an EU country, tobacco is not any cheaper than it is in the shops. I pay 2.85 at the kiosk for tobacco 50g but you can buy it around 2.40 or 2.50 in the supermarket. In Ireland the same pack costs 10-12 euros. In the Beirut duty free it costs only one pound a pack. sigh
