Liopetri is definately the best town,(even though we haven`t actually stayed there yet!!!!!) but what we did see we liked so thats why we bought there and handy for everywhere else.

I lasted a month in that dump....Good Luck!

i believe the most beautiful city in cyprus is kyrenia.

Yeah I think Kyrenia is beautiful from the photo's i've seen, although i've heard that there's alot of developments happening.....I hope thats not true...not that there shouldn't be developements!!!

Can we count villages in this or does it have to be towns? I think some of the most beautiful villages are in the mountains, platres is gorgeous, and agros. I cant say im a fan of nicosia, too busy for my liking but most of the coastal towns rate pretty highly in my book.

I really like Paphos, but have not had the pleasure to see all of the island.

Something we aim to rectify once we live there.

What is it like driving up to/in and around Troodos Mountain? Looks very beautiful and we have a 4x4.

Not that we will go off-roading and risk ruining the countryside, but it may help access in the Winter?
