Sodap Winery Paphos

Hi there everyone, does anyone know what is happening at the site of the Sodap winery in Paphos? It is in the process of being fenced off so presumably work is about to start in some form or other!!

I tried to buy it! SODAP did not want to sell but lease it for, I think, 35 years. There will be a holiday complex there; I believe the land is zoned for tourism.
