We are looking to re-locate to cyprus in September and requie long term trental property for 12-24 months, prior to purchase. It appears to be very easy to aquire property that is ewither new build with pool and air conditioning, yet we cannot find older property with large garden or even small amount of land for livestock, offering these necessities (a/c is a must and pool of some sort desirable). can you offer any assistance in whether these properties actually exist in the rental market or if not, what the next best otion is - we are not tied to any specific area, although ideally within reach of larger town as my husband will want work ( HGV driver or general building). MAny thanks for any advice you can give.
