bloody hell, 400 a month you must be crazy when wages are only that.. i hate the way rents dont reflect earnings here, just shows stupidity and greed, but then its directed at the rich foreigners. The expats have a lot to answer for. I can remember when they were realistic, you could get a 2 bed appartment for 100 a month... and that was not that long ago..

Hello everybody!

I am living in Limassol in a beautiful 3 bdr appartment, in the ground floor of a villa. The space is huge, the house is very stylish and with everything you could ever need. It's in the area St John, Makarious Avenue.

We have 1 room free. Now we are 2 guys, and the contract is for 1 year. We would prefer a guy, but it doesn't matter too much. We are educated people with good social skills and manners, so it won't be a problem.

If anyone's interested, please let me know asap. The rent is 380/3 /month.
