Fake Account
THE HUGE fraud behind the so called Aga Saga is slowly but surely coming to light.
Another document obtained by the Cyprus Times and Kibrisli not only shows but proves that Tahir Soycan is behind all the wrongdoings in Aga Construction that has made not only Gary Robb himself suffer but hundreds of innocent people who have chosen to buy property in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
According to the document Tahir Soycan has opened a new account for Aga Construction for Aga Development Ltd while Gary Robb was away and in order to do this has performed another of his tricks, which seems that is the best thing he does, and produced a false decision of the board of directors and forged both Gary Robb's and Kutsal Tokatlioglu's signatures to do so.
With the document that we have obtained, which is an official decision of the board of directors of Aga Development, authorizes Tahir Soycan, Deborah Jones and Kutsal Tokatlioglu, all to have power over the cheques that are paid in to the Aga Development bank account.
This document enabled Tahir Soycan to open another bank account in Aga Development's name which he would have control of and also be able to cash any cheque which was made out to the company.
The signatures on the false decision belong to Tahir Soycan, supposedly Gary Robb and Kutsal Tokatlioglu. Speaking to Kibrisli Newspaper Kutsal Tokatlioglu said that he didn't sign any document of that kind and he was sure that someone had forged his signature.
So the eyes again turn to Tuncel Tahir Soycan which has a police investigation closely focused on him and his actions in the past year or so.
The customer's payments and various other monies which were owed to Gary Robb and his company have most probably been sucked out of Aga Development this way.
Speaking to Cyprus Times Mr Robb still in shock of how all this could have happened to him all at once said that after all this information and documentation becoming public, how was it possible for the perpetrators to be still free to do what they have been doing in the past year.
Police sources however say that the investigation was in full force and the police were to complete their findings any time soon.
