Just for my information. How do you go about ensuring that the land being developed, is legal. Do you just go by, the present owners TRNC issued property deeds, or do you go by the original ROC issued property deeds. It would be very easy for you just to say, hey, as far as we're concerned, the owner has the property deeds, whether it is a TRNC or ROC issued, so therefore we don't care to go back any further than the present owner. If this is the way you're operating, how are you protecting the new buyer (owner) from future land disputes from it's original owners, mostly being the Greek Cypriots.
