It is most unlikely that the HBPG is supported by 'Gary John'; it is an organisation set up to represent the interests of property buyers, to fight their cause against the 'TRNC' Government/incompetent lawyers/developers.

Ask the people above about there financial backer GARY ROBB, but as you are already a member of this british gang of crooks then you know the answer, the HPG is there to promote the buying & selling of STOLEN greek cypriot land & property and people like me who lost there land during the 1974 TURKISH INVASION of cyprus will not sit back and do nothing while this gang of thieves advocates the exploitaion of REFUGEES LAND.

There are three different types of Title Deeds (Kocan) issued in Northern Cyprus:
a) Freehold Title (Foreign or Turkish)
b) TRNC Title (Esdeger or Tahsis)
c) Leasehold Title
a) FREEHOLD
FOREIGN TITLE
This is property owned by European residents and the title deed is internationally recognised. There are still a number of checks to be carried out by the Council of Ministers and therefore the transfer of a title into your name could take several years.
TURKISH TITLE
This is property Turkish Cypriots owned prior to the 1974 conflict. Foreigners are limited to one dönüm per person (husband and wife count as one person unless they have different surnames). Again, title transfer could take several years.
TRNC TITLE - ESDEGER
The property with TRNC Title Deed was previously Greek Cypriot owned prior to the 1974 conflict. When Turkish Cypriot refugees came to the north after July 1974, they left all their property behind in the south. The TRNC Government at the time assessed on a points basis, the value of the refugee's property in the south. With these points, the Turkish Cypriot refugee could take a Greek Cypriot house or land in exchange (esdeger). Again, title transfer could take several years.
b) TRNC TITLE - TAHSIS (TMD)
Again, the property was previously Greek Cypriot owned prior to the 1974 conflict. This type of land was given to the families from Turkey as a compensation for the lives of the soldiers who died in the 1974 conflict. Again, title transfer could take several years.
c) LEASEHOLD TITLE
The Government owns this property. Long-term leases are granted for 49yrs. You can apply directly or via a solicitor to the Ministry of Tourism to transfer the lease.
