You have all been saying unkind things about Mr Robb but now he is about to issue Title deeds to his buyers, ....well some of them... well he might do....

IT HAS emerged that the Aga Development Director Gary Robb has partially won his struggle through the complex bureaucracy of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and is finally to start handing out title deeds for the properties that have been completed.

A high rank governmental source has told the Cyprus Times that Mr. Robb had finalized all needed for the procedure to commence and a title deed handing out ceremony was to be organized very soon.

Refraining from giving specific dates the source said that the title deed hand out could take place in matter of weeks.


Mr. Robb was not available to comment on the issue but speaking on his behalf his legal representative Lawyer Mert Guclu confirmed that our sources were telling the truth and explained the reason why Mr. Robb didn't want to comment was that Mr. Robb thought that it was a little early to bring the hopes up of his customers although he strongly believed that everything was sorted in this regard. He himself wanted to be 100 percent sure that the process will take place as the government had promised.

Mr. Guclu quoted Gary John Robb saying "I don't want to give promises before I hold the title deeds in my own hands". Mr Guclu also reiterated the positive position that Mr. Robb and his company was in and called on the home buyers to be a little more patient and supportive as he had seen the light at the end of the tunnel.

Other sources told the Cyprus Times that Mr Robb and his legal representative Mr Guclu had a very fruitful meeting with Prime Minister Ferdi Sabit Soyer and at that meeting the Premier, assured that the "AGA Saga" was going to be one of his top priorities in the coming days.

Mert Guclu confirmed that this meeting took place on Thursday and also confirmed that the meeting was very productive. Refraining from giving any details Mr Guclu said that the Prime Minister was furious with the agitators who were spreading false rumours.

It is known that many property buyers from Aga Development have taken injunctions on their properties during the period when Mr. Robb was not in the country.

When asked about what kind of complications this fact could cause. on the title deed handout process, Mr Guclu said that they have been telling the customers to withdraw these injunctions since the day Gary Robb had arrived in the country and added that he understood the anxiety behind the actions taken by the homebuyers at the time and said that he hoped that these injunctions would not delay the process of the title deed handover.

www.homebuyerspressuregroup.net was set up and continues to help people with problems relating to their builder / lawyer and estate agent it does not encourage condone or support any one buying land that is not the owners to sell weather the owner is greek turkish english russian greek cypriot turkish cypriot ofr god for bid mongolian is that plain enough for lysi .
