As your probably aware good ole Cherie put forward a very good case ( i'm not saying she is right) and the court has reserved it's decision until September.
There seems to be a serious increase in the DONT BUY HERE campaign......(some say backed by property developers in the south of the island)
And Theresa you come over a bit sanctimonious……………. I am assuming you’re British who has bought over there and I take it you had the money to buy a Turkish title for your house! Hmmmm I wonder if you would be so supportive if you hadn't and bought other title!
Now, now don’t come screaming at me this is just an observation!!
How can the decision of the court of the democratically elected government of the ROC be considered illegal?
Yes there is a serious increase in the DONT BUY HERE campaign and not just by property developers but also by most governments in the EU who are advising against buying property in the occupied area. The reason being that unless the proprty has pre 1974 title deeds then it is probably stolen.
Theresa's position is well documented on this forum.
