You can legally buy an air-gun provided it meets certain power limitations and only has a one-shot capability.

:x That's where you're wrong, he doesn't poison or kill them as this is illegal. He's quite humane, in fact several of his customers ask him to come back to do the work only when the baby pigeons are old enough to fly away. He stops the pigeons from nesting under solar panels which causes 90% of the problem, applications can be used to other areas but you will never stop pigeons from landing on your property...

Hi,

I sympathise with everyone who has pigeon problems. The house next door burnt down some years ago and the pigeons came to live in the roof. Everyone in the neighbourhood sighed with relief when the property was sold last year but relief was shortlived as the buyer refused to pay the agent's fee and the case is now going through the courts. In the meantime there are more and more and more pigeons pooping everywhere not to mention the noise of a few hundred (thousand??)of them mating or whatever they do.

The pigeon man came to my apartment and put up the spikes that are effective on my property but who is responsible for the house next door?

Any ideas would be most welcome.
