I am looking for a good allergy specialist if anyone can recommend? Nicosia would be closest, but we have heard of a really good Russian Doctor (Lady) in Paphos area?
Thank you!!

There's a lung & respiratory specialist in Limassol called Dr. Christodoulou who does allergy tests in case of breathing problems and other causes. 25-397724.

I had breathing problems and he did a battery of tests - in the end it was asthma caused by eating dairy products to which I'm highly allergic.

I also used to suffer with allergy, causing flu related symptoms. Its been 1,5 years since I ve been taking a prescription recomended by a doctor and I can say that the allergy that I used to have belongs in the past!

I remember I visisted a doctor in Appolonion Clinic in Nicosia!

What type of allergy is this? Flu related symptoms?

Also herbs might cure some allergies!

Many thanks to all - however the allergy is probably lactose related and possibly wheat etc does anyone know of a food related allergy doctor?
Thanks!

You seem to have received a number of good leads for specialists.

If you suspect that your allergy may be lactose and possibly wheat related you should talk to your doctor about Celiac's disease.

If you are Celiac, you will also not have the ability to eat foods containing gluten. For your sake, I hope you are not Celiac as this is a very challenging diet to maintain and requires a substantial life-style change and is very expensive as well. Celiac's is not curable only "coped" with.
