Hi everybody,
we have recently completed the purchase of a 1 bed apartment in Ayia Napa. However we were only in Cyprus for a few days in which time we received the contract which was stamped at the land registery. Our solicitor also informed me that another document would be sent on to us in the UK, could anyone please inform me as to what this might be.

just a quick note to say this document won't be the title deeds as we have been told these could take up to 4 years, and I forgot to add that the apartment we have purchased is a resale.
