I applied for Primetel home on the 14th April, and was told that it would take 15 working days to complete installation due to having to get a line from CYTA
Despite numerous calls and follow-up from my side I was never given an installation date and last week decided to cancel the subscription due to the complete lack of information from Primetel. And now they have the audacity to with-hold my deposit as I've canceled within the term of the agreement
Am not impressed at all
