If anyone demand his rights as a non smoker then restaurants and any other place would take actions like enforcing rules to discourage people smoking on this restaurant as they wouldnt like to loose a share of their non smoking clients!

So Non smokers can also enforce the rules sometimes by not accepting to inhale the smoke of others!

I think all the smokers should undergo a therapy to quit far away locked up in the Himalayas and allowed to enter society only when they have reformed their habit

I thought I was hard on the smokers, but I was wrong. Only thing is, tobacco companies have been exterminating it's customers for a very long time.
