Hello FenerKiz,
international relations as a course is quite different in each country i think, but main things are world history, history of your state, world organizations, world policy, languages, diplomacy, relaitons between states and nations, conflicts in the world etc etc. talking about me, i do like this subject, but there are some groupmates who dont...thats why you should think about it. during studying everybody chooses the field where he is intereted more. my specialization is world policy. i like different cultures, nations that is why i like what i am studying 8)

i could think for some reasons why this is the case...
just look through some of these threads and perhaps you will find the answer yourself

bambina , i dont know how big is the sample you are after , but you know all the dangers especially the interent polls carry. if you want , to make a poll then you should start meeting with tcs.

Wow, it seems that people are actually inhibited by this question. The politically correct answer is, of course, Cypriot, right, all?

Is there such an animal? I think it's an endangered species and the hunting season never ends :)

Bambina,

I would check out the polls and read the book, "Echoes from the Dead Zone : Across the Cyprus Divide", by Papadakis. Alexandros Lordos has done some wonderful surveys in Cyprus over the last two years, and this book by Papadakis (2005) is the best one on the Cyprus problem. I would not rely on a poll from Cyprus Forum. Polls here are interesting, but they are not that representative of reality. You need a better "sample" in the statistical sense.

Good luck. - Mills[/i]

Mills Chapman, thank you a lot for your advice, but i am not in Cy now so i cant read that book, but i will for sure when i am in CY. dear all, i know what is poll in forums, i dont say that this poll will be a base for my work. i even will not use these numbers in my work, i do it for my own. just i am curious about this. also as i wrote before i made a poll already face to face with people who i know. so i can compare that result with the one in the forum.
