Hi

I'm looking for advice on the best method(s) for renting a property in Cyprus. I own a 3 bedroomed bungalow in Pyrgos Limmasol that I want to rent out. At the moment I want to avoid long-term lets which means I'm realistically looking at holiday lets. There appear to be a plethora of web-sites where property owners can advertise (e.g ownersDirect) - how do I choose which one, or a number of holiday companies that will do this for me (e.g. James Villas). Can anyone recommend/advise on the best way forward?

It is free to list your property there. They only charge a percentage if they manage to rent. And they are only offering holiday rents.
