Turkish tourists?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Viewpoint » Fri May 12, 2006 6:17 pm

And now a wealthy Greek family called Latisis has purchased Tekfen Bank... they are getting their shit together, Alexander its because of people like you that we should never be reunited, you would kill every Turkish Cypriot on the island the first opportunity, you are just the new version of the past horrors, thank god the Greek Cypriots voted NO.

Alexander, Turkey has moved forward they are the 17th largest economy in the world, with one of the the fastest growing economies in Europe, you should grow up and do some research before you throw about accusations that you know nothing about, you have to judge a Turkey in 15 years which will probably be the second largest country in the EU, so make friends not enemies as they may not be on your side when you need them most

You Turks do love to jettison all sense of reality and resort to hyperbole. A couple of years without hyper inflation and all of a sudden a modern state. I don’t think choosing that old whore Latsis, really does much credit to your argument.

Christakis

Welcome to the surreal, often amusing, initially startling and eventaully educating world of Cyprus forum. There are freak shows from every side here: GC, TC, Expat, Exile, English (me) but it's never any less than entertaining. The really wierd thing is you start off thinking

WTF is your problem?

and then end up actually quite liking the same people. I find myself looking forward to seeing malaka's contributions these days and have developed a respect for him and his thoughts. If we can get Alexander to tell us a bit more about himself, there's a chance we might learn something. Stick around, it's fun.

Love, Kal

That maybe if Alexander tells us more about himself we may understand what his problem is , where he is coming from and why he is so full of hate. He might have an explanation, even though it is not a complete excuse.

Foreigners are allowed to come and buy big businesses like that? You guys dont want business to stay in the country since you dont have to share if you are not in the EU? Weird....:D

bussiness is bussiness andry.
there are no borders to business.
thats the principle the EU is based upon.
besides a greek inesting in turkey is not going to take the bussiness away from turkey... on the contrary

Thats true. Its a big step on both their parts. And I know EU is based up on that principle but I figured they are not in the EU therefore they dont have to share the wealth :D
