The sole purpose I joined this forum , the first in my life , is to exchange thoughts with my fellow Cypriots on how best to ensure that my children , one in Cyprus , and grandchildren , one in Cyprus , and all future Cypriot generations do not have to go though the pain and anguish that we all went through. Comments on Historical events that happened many years ago will not help. Comments by my friend MRFROMNG also do not contribute towards a peaceful co existence by all Cypriots. Istanbul -Constantinople will remain part of Turkey , but that issue is not Cyprus's issue. The main issue is a solution that respects all citizens of Cyprus , a solution that excludes foreign armies , and here Im specifically referring to the Turkish occupation army.My learned friend MRFROMNG Im sure will agree that compromises are required by all sides in order to achieve a just solution , and I would be be grateful to you Sir if you would kindly come down a step or two from your present position of considering the Greek Cypriots to be the only side that has unjustified grievances , and please refrain from comments that could be considered inflammatory.

You are entitled to your opinion of course and no one tried here to make you change your thoughts. But Respect the mind of the rest. No one is faultless. I do 1000 mistakes every day. By blaming all the rest about your problems like you have not done a single mistake in your life it is not the right way to go forward!
