I wasn't even alive when "eoka kicked you british out of Cyprus". Prior to joining this forum I knew very little about Cyprus at all, but I have taken the time to learn as much as I can. So not guilty as accused. I think you will find, you sad little girl, that the British Empire actually left peacefully rather than being kicked out by the population of Cyprus. The British are, on the whole, a very consiliatory and peaceful nation. That's why you fled there. Am I a fascist? I pray that I am not, but only others can make that judgement. Truthfully though, I doubt that I am when compared to you. Read your posts and then read mine. Then, if you are capable of making such a judgement, decide who displays the more fascistic tendencies.
If you live in the UK you should know that the vast majority of English people did not vote for the present government - this is a fact, can you handle facts? And that they opposed the war with Iraq. The British government has no mandate from the English people to invade Iraq. Governments tend to do what they want to do any way. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Would I vote for the BNP? No, nor have I ever done. Have I ever been accused of being racist? Yes, but that I am afraid is because I am English, white, middleclass and male – which as we all know translates into scum of the earth in the eyes of anyone with an axe to grind.
Which brings me back to you, GCG. I have asked the Administrator of this forum to have you removed from the discussions, because I believe that all you bring to the table is hatred. And before you once more justify your hatred, just pause and think. Please look at the society you live in right now and ask yourself would it work better if you were allowed to kill everybody who disagreed with you, or move them to another country at gun point, or butcher their children etc? Because if that's the way you'd like things to be, it would be that way for everybody. Even the Turks. And then it would come down to who has the biggest guns and the stroppiest attitude.
While you could undoubtedly hold your own in the stroppy stakes, I don't think your guns would be the biggest. And that's why it's not the way things are done GCG, because as a philosophy, it sucks!
Did you know that philosophy is a Greek word, a Greek concept? And it's a cracker of a concept too. As it's Greek, you should be all for it. Try it – become a friend of wisdom.
