It takes time for a country to grow, and i have to keep reminding myself that evolution is a process based on experiences, influences and cause and effect. And that we can do nothing to hurry the process of change. But its destructive elements are frustrating painful and unjust, yet in 20 years i have seen things changing here, i believe we only suffer what we allow ourselves to suffer, i am glad your friend left the job and if every body made that choice when faced with unfair treatment then they would have to rethink their mentallity. We all have choices and deserve to be treated with respect. In england 100 years ago we were stuffing kids up chimleys and making them work in factories, and we had servants that were more often than not treated badly. We forget our process of change. All we can do is change the things we can and accept that which we cant..
