Turkey want enter in EU, so they will have to do something with cyprus.. but not the opposite !

My point point exactly you believe what you follow. I was born in Famagusta the so called Turkish side so yes I have been on the GREEK side in 1974 will never return as long as Turks are there.

even if the cyprus problem is resolved there will always be TC around because it is their country too.
It's saddening that we cant put it all behind us. We want them to give us back our land but we dont want to live on the island until there is no Turks there? Doesnt make sense... We talk about how they ethnically cleansed us but then again we want them to just go away. Thats not gonna happen. Cyprus belongs to the Cypriots. ALL of them.

Im a Greek Cypriot living in London, I call my self an Anglo Greek.
I love Cyprus and often refer to it as The REAL PARADISE.I visit as often as I can which is normally every other month and have done so for a number of years now. Im approaching 60 and planning to retire in Cyprus.
Im saddened however by the anti American-anti western- attitudes that prevail in all walks of life , and though I understand fully the reasons behind this feeling , I think its time that we approach this attitude with the
interests of Cyprus above all else, and Cyprus's interests are primarily with America and the Western world with all its shortcomings and and perceived injustices .Lets us make friends with , the devil if necessary , in order to promote the interests of Cyprus above all else.Take a look at Turkeys friends , Israel , USA, Brittain. Look at our friends! Cuba ?
Where Castro welcomed a Cypriot delegation , not so long ago , by refering to our common enemy , Quess who !
Long live the Western world , USA , Europe and long may Cyprus prosper and find a way to make peace with our Turkish Cypriot compatriots.
