Hi Tuberider
> Prices here are too expensive and I can put my money to better use abroad.
Erimi has certainly grown in popularity since we bought our bit of Cyprus here back in 1992. At that time, our plot was just on the edge of the residential zone. But now the fields that were once all around us are slowly being buried under mountains of concrete.
But it's a great location. Handy for Limassol, Paphos & Troodos, a virtually 'tourist free' bathing beach just down the road, and all the other facilities - hospital and so on, a mere stone's throw away. In fact, I was at the beach this morning and only saw four other people - it's great.
There are still places where prices are reasonable - in the villages away from the town, the coast and off the tourist track.
Regards,
