lo all,

we visited paphos last week and liked it so much that we are going back in around a months time to find a property.

I am well aware there are a few over priced ones ( well a few thousand) but we are well travelled and just loved the place

My first of many questions is which of the banks has the lowest bank charges. I have looked at a few banks sites but havnt got the desire to trawl through the small print of so many banks as im sure youll understand.

I'm sure many of you will know which is the best bank for a holiday home owner and potential ex-pat

I have my Cyprus mobile sim , boy are mobile calls cheep in Cyprus or what !

I think Bank charges are much of a muchness here; I use Bank of Cyprus, as they have most branches/ATMs but Laiki also seem good and may be better for mortgages.

I used to bank with Hellenic, found them cheaper than Laiki

All banks follow similar practises.The only difference is the number of branches they have! Bank of Cyprus has the most braches.

And has some branches believe in UK and Greece also...
