OK so there is a business element involved. I guess there had to be, at least, a semi-rational explanation. I still think there's a way to solve this problem, especially as the CYTA technitian hinted that some people had managed to "work around" the feature, or rather lack of.......
Given the options avaliable:
1)Use CYTA's support.............yeah right!
2)Use a manual thats in a language that is, unfortunatley, beyond my grasp.
3)Tap into a hands-on knowledge base here in the forums.
I'm thinking the first option is a non-starter. The second option, although technicaly possible is, as I said, beyond me. So it leaves option three. I recon I'll get more sense, information and definatley more help here.
So...........any help would be great.
