THE CHURCH of Cyprus has established six websites in an effort to adapt to modern technology and attract more youths.
The creation of the websites contradicts popular belief that the Church and technology are incompatible. It also puts an end to accusations that the Church maintains an anachronistic and disdainful stance against modern methods of communication and approach.
The websites contain a variety of useful information involving religion, the Church, the Metropolis’s, Holy Temples and even provides communication online.
The Church hopes this new move will make it more approachable towards believers, especially youths, who are fanatical followers of modern technology.
