Please help!

I am stuck between Protaras/surrounding areas and Paphos/surrounding areas to choose from. Protaras is cheaper but isnt a twelve month resort where Paphos is. Paphos is much dearer!

What do you guys reckon?

I do like nice beaches, nightlife, but not too much.

Any advice would be great.

If you have any tips or advice on buying please let me know

Am I correct in thinking that you're not planning to buy a 'jet-to-let'?

Both Paphos & Protaras are quieter out of season when there are fewer tourists about. But Paphos is busier because there are so many expatriates living there permanently/semi-permanently. In fact Paphos is almost totally dependant on the income it gets from tourism & foreign residents.

You pays your money & you takes your choice.
