Sorry… it just struck me as an amazingly funny statement to have rented a place that you have no idea about – especially with all the help and advice available on fora like this one.

i know its in larnaca so for us thats ok but i've never heard of the place either.also i know what your saying grump it does seem strange to rent a house without knowing where it is.i've since found out it's near the american accademy..... :shock:

Droshia is an area than spans from the fire station lights towards the cineplex lights and down towards zorbas in phaneromeni. It's about a 20min walk to the centre of town through the back streets. It's about 10mins from the academy. do you have the street name?? It's called droshia because of the gentle breezes its supposed to have.....zzzzzzz
