Back to the original Republic of Cyprus

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Piratis » Sat Mar 04, 2006 12:48 am

the problem is a bit deeper than it appears because the TRNC goverment is involved in that sale directly by taxing it, the TRNC goverment is therefore legalising it.

bakala, as you know very well the so called "trnc" is a legally invalid entity and therefore they can legalize nothing.

In fact the one and only legal state in Cyprus is the Republic of Cyprus and by illegally buying land stolen from Greek Cypriots you are committing a criminal offense.

Of course very few criminals would commit their crimes if they believed they would be caught and punished for their illegal actions. Unfortunately "getting caught" is the only thing that could stop people without morals to exploit stolen land on the expense of our refugees.

For this reason I will have to warn you that you will indeed pay a very heavy price for the crime you are about to commit.

When the school yard bully suddenly beats up the little guy ...

It doesn't go like that.
The way it goes is that the bully (=turks) have been raping and beating up a child 1/100th of their size for centuries. Then their friend got this child and continued to abuse it. When that child got fed up with being pushed around it gave a slap to the bully who found the excuse to abuse even more the child. Then the bully called his pedophile friends to come and abuse this child all together. And now these pedophiles come and tell the child "see what happens when you dare to act against us? You now deserve to be raped for the rest of your life, in the same fashion we raped you your whole history"

It is a fact that the crimes that GCs have committed against Turks are not even 1/100th of the crimes that the Turks have committed against us. Yet some people with no morals use that 1/100th (forgetting the 99/100th) as a cheap excuse to whatever conscience is left in them to exploit even more the Cypriot people.

Until that time it may be reasonable to accept that the TCs will not use the veto power or some of the seats will stay empty. In this way, we will be certain that our communal rights will be preserved in the RoC.

Ok, If you agree that until the RoC loyal TCs are considered THE TC community (instead of Talad, Dencatsh etc), the TCs in RoC will receive what proportionately belongs to them instead of the superprivilages that were designed for the TC community as a whole then I agree.

Even if TCs return to the RoC, this does not mean that RoC will not need restructuring. I still believe that introducing bizonality into the RoC is essential for a permanent solution.

So do you accept RoC or you don't? Or you will only pretent that you accept RoC while at the same time you will be using the blackmail of the turkish occupation in order to force us to accept things?I hope you understand that this is definitely not acceptable.

If TCs return to RoC then the only thing that remains for a solution is the end of the illegal occupation.
After the occupation ends then without any blackmails the two communities can discuss of how they can modify the RoC constitution in a way that will be beneficial for both communities. If this win-win alternative exists, then both communities will naturally accept it and the RoC constitution will change. If the two communities do not agree (which will mean this "win-win" modification does not exist) then RoC would remain as it is.

pedophile ?

I just wonder, would you show respect to a pedophile that came in a forum bragging about how he abuses a little relative of yours?

Can you not understand the kind of disrespect and insult that intentionally these people cause to us by bragging about their crimes against us?

rolo, btw, Piratis did spell it right. its you that didnt, look under pedophilia, he just shortened the word the way we're all used to it. you spend a lot of energy trying to correct him, but at least get your spellings to your facts straight.

grow up tc

thanks for the advice. If you use it in common language and your happy with it in your every day usuage then all well and good. personally i have hardly had any need to ever use the word, but if you are comfortable with the way you use it then well and good, i marvel at your contentment, and its contribution to the CYPROB.

btw the correct english spelling is with an "a" your version is the US version. i guess you more pro American than most then.

Apparently the GREEKS had a word for it long before the turks came along

Pedophilia (American English) or pædophilia/paedophilia (British English), from the Greek παιδοφιλια (paidophilia) < παις (pais) "boy, child" and φιλια (philia) "friendship", (ICD-10 F65.4) is the condition of people (either adult or adolescent) whose primary sexual attraction is toward prepubescent children. Pedosexuality is used as a synonym. ...

do you have any other useful contribution to make?

If i insisted on only buying land that previously belonged to someone who now had accepted an exchange of land in the south, would that be ok ?

I thought that in 1974 the whole Cyprus problem got to boiling point when the greek government sneaked 20.000 soldiers into the south and started rounding up the Turkish Cypriots into ghettos or am i wrong ?

When the despicable Turkish Cypriots refused to just lie down and die the Greek soldiers assisted by the Greek Cypriot militia started killing them and displacing them from thier homes. all this happend PRIOR to the turkish troops landing on the island. or am i wrong ?

The Unted nations ordered the greeks to withdraw thier troops from Cyprus and they refused or am i wrong ?

Only when the greek military forces aided by the greek militia reached the northeren mountain range overlooking Kyrenia with the Turkish Cypriot refugess on the brink of being swept into the sea did the first Turkish troops land on the beaches near karalaanalou or am i wrong ?

all the rest of the world including press reports of the day ( i remember it on TV ) report all this happend as a matter of historical fact
or am i wrong ?

I also remeber that hundreds of the Greek Cypriots were also very badly treated by the greek soldiers and militia for giving aid to the Turkish Cypriots by hiding and feeding them and trying to protect them,

It would appear that the first outside influence that caused all these troubles that have divided the island started with the greeks trying to force enosis on a population that didnt want it .

Britain much to my own shame stood by instead of organising its troops and throwing the greek forces off the island like it should have done under the guaranteee of independance it gave the cypriots when the island became independant from Britain, if Britain had done that the island would not be divided today

The United nations was toothless in those days and the EEC didnt exist as it does today so the rest of the world just stood and watched while the atrocities against the Cypriot population just went on and on.

Only the landing of Turkish troops prevented whole island being a part of greater greece today, Thats why i maintain that all Cypriots North and South in the future owe there own Cypriot identity to turkey Only Turkey was brave enough to step in
