Cyprus has never been an exclusive greek Island?
No, and we never said that it should be "exclusively Greek". Cyprus has always been one united area with a Greek Cypriot majority for about 3500 years. In the last 300-400 years we also have a Turkish Cypriot minority as well as other smaller minorities.
On the other hand, Turkey insists that there is part of Cyprus that it is exclusively Turkish. They even named this part "Turkish republic of northern Cyprus" even if the Turks have always been only a minority. In fact Kerynia had a smaller minority of Turkish Cypriots than Limassol.
So who has the right to ethnically cleanse the majority from the land that they have been living for 3500 years and then call it "Turkish"? the answer: nobody!
I live in the North, but I very rarely meet anyone who spouts such HATRED for the South side.
What you see here is not "hatred" but the natural anger that people have when their property is stolen and their country occupied.
Wouldn't you be angry if your property was stolen and your human rights violated? On the other hand if you are the one who stole the property then not only you can not be angry but you ought to be ashamed.
