When I arrived in 2002 I was shocked to discover there was no broadband (in Pissouri). I was running an on-line business at the time and the Cyta website hadn't made it clear that BB was only available in the middle of the cities!

Super-fast fibre now though - still with Cyta - very pleased...

Back in 96 I was with Spidernet here. I had a 14Kb dial up connection. On a good night you could get 11kb.

When I left 3 years later it had doubled to 28kb. I was happy. Greased lightning.

Now, I have 1GB and if things don’t happen instantly find myself thinking. “WTF’s going on?!”
