...tariffs, if negotiated, worldwide, will produce permanent results, which like 'Freetrade', they can be designed to be mutually beneficial.

Beside definitions for these words in Economics, our Age having evolved from their having understood these meanings act.

...like it or not, Trump, is the 'madman' to dare; his ambition is to see his profile carved into Mount Rushmore.

According to the DM today…

The iPhone 16 Pro Max, pictured, costs £1,199 in the UK

Based on import tariffs of 104% from China, the device cost could rise closer to £1,600.

Dan Ives, global head of technology research at financial services firm Wedbush Securities, has said the new iPhone could triple in price to £2,740 if produced entirely in the US.

It’s just as well I couldn’t care less about smartphones!

Its no big deal, only the Americans will pay these prices. In reality the Americans will be able to come to UK, buy these phones and have a holiday and still spend less.

The other day the SwineCunt was complaining we don't buy their chickens. They can shove their chickens up their ass.

We certainly have not seen anything like it.

https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/world/trump-says-ball-in-china-s-court-on-tariffs/ar-AA1CYkPK?ocid=entnewsntp&pc=U531&cvid=edb1e1b9958542f9841772fac1694ded&ei=21

First he puts up the tariffs and when China responds he says China has to negotiate. Shove your tariffs up your ass Trampy boy. The world has to train not to depend on the Americans. How hard can it be, do not buy or sell to America and refuse to use the dollar. Declare another currency, the most suitable seems to be either Chinese or European currency and Sam is no longer your uncle, Bob is.

Donald Trump believes it is up to China, not the United States, to come to the negotiating table on trade, the White House said Tuesday, after the US president accused Beijing of reneging on a major Boeing deal.

This reminds me of a situation in school. This Year 10 bully decided to pick on a Year 7 boy and the boy kicked the shit out of him. He took lessons in boxing. I was about to stop the fight but when I could see the kid could take care of himself, I did not intervene.

"The ball is in China's court. China needs to make a deal with us. We don't have to make a deal with them," said a statement from Trump read out by Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt at a briefing.
