How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Sami38 » Sun Feb 19, 2006 2:46 pm

Hi all again, ive just found out some more news. He didn't have a will. The land is in the turkish side. not the cypriot side, he was a turkish cypriot not a greek cypriot... so i guess now basicly someone close to relatives can sign up to be a citizen in the turkish side but most be carefull on the national service thingy? What a mess it all is.

most propably u r not familiar with the problem in cyprus sami
anyway, dont get surprised but u can get a title in what u call the "cypriot side" . the land registry in the south covers the whole cyprus and is quite accurate. in the north or the "turkish side" as you call it, i am not that sure, since new titles were given after 1974.for this some tcs could help us....which also have legality problems.
now if u choose do it politically legal, and apply in the "cypriot side" to sell your land, i am not sure if they will allow you...due to the cyppro.
quite complicate a?
