During the test the instructor asked her to make a u-turn after going through a series of cones. After she moved off another learner driver (in a car) came around the corner and she stopped to give way to him. The car certainly wasn't going to stop and if she hadn't there would have been a collision.
For stopping she earned herself a fail
The examiner stopped the test there and then. No explanation or chance of another u-turn.
It was a total farce and made a mockery of an already typically sloppy and unsafe testing procedure.
Does anybody know if here is an appeals procedure or is it a case of putting up with it and trying again.
