How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Honest debate knows no personlaities Michael, if there is something you dont agree with just say so, dont turn it personal thats all im saying, we are all on the same side fighting the same arguments. I said nothing to offend you if i did i apologise. My point was compromise needs to be made, is that such a bad thing to say?
Believe me i dont want to offend anyone i am merely expressing my unbiased views i sympathise with both sides, (although the TRNC has a lot to answer for in this)..
Please try to understand?

You can not even read Micheal can you. I wrote Half ass not haff ass.

Anyway you know who you are. And I know who I am.

There is not way you can judge me because you have no clue where I am and how great life is here.

What you consider the USA is what you see from the liberal channels that want to make this great country look not so great.

Anyone who wants to and is willing to work hard here, can succeed no matter who they are. The lazy ones will always want to live of the state and cry that they can not make ends meet.

When I offer good paying jobs to these people and they don't even show up for work I can not feel ANY sympathy for them. Losers will always be losers. The country can not change them either.

So stick to your sick ideas and I ll stick to my progressive ones. There is no place in the world like the USA. No matter how you wish to find the wrongs here which are nothing compared to what you are dealing with there.

You want to talk about health insurance?? You think I do not know how it is in Cyprus? Unless you have private insurance you are stuck to the system that makes old ladies sit for hours in an extremely hot hospital to visit a specialist doctor. One they can only see once a month. One that does not care about them one bit. This is something I experienced with my mom when she was alive. What a way to treat your elderly. SO I ll take our health system any day, which by the way is way less expensive that yours and when I want to go to see a doctor I can do it and wait less than 15 minutes in an air conditoned comfortable room. And if I need to stay in the hospital I can have a semi private if not a private room instead of being in a room with many others.

I can buy gas at just over 2 dollars a gallon, I do not have to pay premium taxes for a safe car with some power under the hood, I pay in dollars what you pay in pounds over there. and on and on and on.

Get a life mr know it all. And stop worrying about how good I have it.

Dj you have done nothing wrong bud. It is people like Michael that make me sick coming to this forum. Most of whom do not even want to say where they live now.

They have their facts screwed up and they talk crap about everthing.

One and only one way Cyprus will stop having the CYPRUS Problem. When the people of Cyprus, GC and TC realize that nothing changed over the last decades and the only way nothing happened is because they still think they way they have in the past.

The thinking HAS to change now. Move on and forget the past.

Or live as you have so far and cry about it.

It’s phonetic you cretin. For a sophisticated American in Larnaca, you’re pretty slow off the mark.
You sound increasingly pathetic in your blanket Americanism. I think even the most diehard Republican would wince. But then again they have nothing to prove. You evidently have. Don’t worry I am sure that you would have been accepted by now, although that accent might need working on. Your compass in life appears to revolve around the price of petrol and taxes, well bully for you. That certainly makes for a well rounded life. If albeit a very empty one. I have never mentioned the quality of your life. What do I care if you clean dishes in the local “diner”? You seem to bring it up at every occasion as it was a justification of Republican foreign policy. You have a picked up a very West Coast trait, but I suspect you had that before you sneaked into the country; you are unbearably shallow and self centred.

Sorry. But he is a very easy target. “Look at me everybody I am in America, how wonderful life is in the big banana, it’s so free and gay and wonderful. How quaint you little old locals are!!
When I visit Cyprus I want all you all to doth those little black caps you all wear and when I sit at the café all you dirty people can sit around me and goggle in amazement at little old American me”
