Nikros: I take this shot near old district of Limassol. There is palm alley not far, if you know
Sotos: not allways megapixel's is key factor that make picture. I think, that at first place is optics, then size of matrix, used in digital camera, then pixel size, and only then megapixels count.

wow!!! beautiful pictures traveller i just have a basic canon powershot A40 and love taking pictures of flowers and animals but these make mine look very amatuerish.. these are amazing. i am rarely impressed but today is an exception.

I often be in Latvia (Europe Union too, in this country live my parents), and if can, i walk with camera and there. Here is example of landscape photo.



Now i'll try answer to Your questions.

Uhh and pls, forgive me my bad English .

In my first post i wrote that im professional designer. May be there is some little mistake, im not simple designer, i do functions as art-director too. What does it mean? The answer is - that i must know very different things. Starting to primary art, as drawing, painting, sculpture and at the other side is perfect knowledge of modern software in destop publishing and photo editing. Besouse I must organize not only my work, but work for other designers too. This is my job and i use my knowledges, when I do photos too.

All photos, wich You can see here, was seriously edited in Photoshop. I'm not "clean" photographer. At first I'm artist, may be we can say digital painter. But my canvas is my photo. And my brushes is various Adobe Photoshop tools. My experience as designer in desktop publishing for more than 8 years allow me to do many things with raw material that i recieve from my camera.

At this moment I in art landscape photography because I simply like it. I like hard rises in this mountains, rain, bad weather and feeling of freedom and "soul cleaness" when I see sunrise and other nature conditions by my own eyes. And i'm happy, that I have possibility and skills, that allow me take what i have been seen and show this to other people.
