Yes, GCs have committed some crimes, the same amount as the TCs did. TMT is the exact equal of EOKA B not "freedom fighters". They were fighting for partition, not freedom.

Now if we bring Turks in the equation, the ones that oppressed Cypriots for 300 years, then invaded killing 6000 people and ethnically cleansing 200.000, the crimes of Cypriots seem insignificant compared to that.

The ones who can easily compared with Nazis are the Turks, not Greek Cypriots with population half million who have been slaves during most of their history and couldn't do much harm even if they wanted to. On the other hand Turks are renowned (only) for conquest and stealing what others created, killing, raping and oppressing other nations. They have several genocides in their record and like the nazis they invaded and occupied foreign lands. The Nazis do not exist anymore (or at least they don't rule), but the Turks continue until today with illegally occupying part of Cyprus and refusing to Greek Cypriots to return to their own homes.
