Then he sent them out into the world to carry out attacks on the US and its interests. That of course culminated in 9/11, where they killed 3500 people in lower Manhattan, New York. Although, at least one person in here thinks that Isaac Newton blew the twin towers up.
Bin Laden and all of his resources were based in Afghanistan.
When the US insisted that the Taliban hand him over they did a televised broadcast basically taking the piss. "Prove it". That, whilst a video of Bin Laden boasting about how he planned and had executed the attack was going viral. So, the idea that Afghanistan had nothing to do with 9/11 is transparently one of the usual load of Lordo bollocks things. That because - as is always the case - you simply can't be assed to actually look into the total crap you tend to post. You are fundamentally a lazy assed idiot.
The OP of course is about events which led up to the sinking of a boat, loaded to unbelievable capacity with hundreds of people, sinking/being sunk of southern Greece. IMHO, a case of bumbling incompetence, rather than some sort of satanic murder plot. Then again, who am I?
