So does the collective West/NATO/Zelensky in their delusional thinking that they would weaken Russia enough to break her up to go after her rich energy sources, until Putin put his Nuclear arsenal on high alert from day one, which prevented NATO from entering Ukraine or else it is WWIII. It seems to me that NATO has been put “in-check” by Russia and Ukraine will bleed to it’s last men because of it while the collective West watches it from a distance. You must be very proud supporting what the collective West has done to Ukraine, no?

Then again, if the Western media does not report the truth regarding what the war in Ukraine is all about, then it must be all Russia’s fault, no?

Actually - and it's nothing to do with the OP of course - I don't believe I've been excessively supportive of any aspect of the war in Ukraine. It seems to me, however it's spun, in reality we will all ultimately end up losers. On occasion I've addressed what I perceive as the straight out regurgitating of Russian propaganda. From the like of the Moskva being sunk, due apparently to some inane smoking incident, to most recently the "stop press" story about their killing hundreds of top level Ukrainian and NATO personnel in a deep bunker outside Kyiv. The more I've looked into it, the more it comes across as a fallacy. Frankly, if it looks like a duck, etc, etc.

Conversely, I don't think I've really done a great deal in the way of "cheerleading" regarding Western output. I keep repeating that I've always thought - barring unforeseen events - Russia is likely to win in the end. Although, at what cost to all of us? Most particularly the Russian and Ukrainian people of course. Putin clearly now has left himself with nowhere else to go but some sort of victory he can sell to his nation.

Certain facts seem transparent to me though. Moreover, supporting the Russian invasion of a neighbouring country, which has probably resulted in hundreds of thousands of deaths overall, thousands of them innocent civilians, the destruction of whole towns, indiscriminate blitzing of cities and the driving from their homes of millions, I regard as being morally reprehensible. IMHO, there is absolutely no justification for what has happened.

Anyway. Regarding the thread subject. To rewind, if I may?

What happened was I posted something I thought would be of little to zero interest to most in here. Happy ANZAC day Paphitis. ANZAC day for Aussies is a celebration which has been explained at length in the thread. Nevertheless, Mr Lordo, who seems to feel he's obliged to contribute to any and every OP, blunders into the china shop with his characteristic, indignant condemnation trolling. In the process demonstrating, as he so often does, that he hasn't got the faintest fucking clue what the subject - ANZAC day here - is actually all about. Time-and-time again the man posts stuff where he clearly doesn't have any idea about what's actually in it. That, because he simply doesn't make any effort to understand. Most notably, even when it's his own stuff!
