Thousands of innocent people died because Turkey is a corrupt country.

We have in UK 1 block that burnt 72 people alive because of the corruption in the UK which allowed the construction companies to put cladding outside building that burns like petrol. There are 680 more blocks with the same problem that can go up any moment and the government has not lifted a finger to remedy the situation. That makes 68000 people dreading every night they go to bed worried they may not be alive the next day. After 6 years all Swine have done is sent a form to the construction companies to sign to say they will fix the problem, or the only consequence they will face is they will not be getting any more contracts to build from local authorities.

You claiming that democratic capitalist countries have no corruption is certainly laughable. Have a look at RoC and passport sales. If that ain't corruption of the most capitalistic nature, I do not know what is?

It is not just the owners that need to be arrested unless they gave specific instructions not to build an earthquake design specs. They also need to test what materials were used to see if it was built to spec too. They have been putting bricks inside the columns and beams to reduce the amount of concrete used in some buildings.
