What is true capitalism. My understanding is that it works on Supply and Demand basis. If the Supply is not enough and demand exceeds supply the prices go up. And consequently if the supply is too much and demand is less the price is supposed to come down.

This does not happen in the real world. When supply is too much then a new form of what I call one legged capitalism applies.
