So many people on this forum displaying so much unhappiness with the West and the western countries they live in on this forum

Airline tickets into Russia are selling for a song. They are very cheap. It's only outbound tickets from Russia that are exhorbitant and expensive. Supply and demand economics people.

But perhaps you should all take advantage of these cheap airfares and move to Russia.

I know it's difficult. I moved my family to Merika and am having a ball.

If you guys move to Russia, you too may be happy and have a ball. Worth a try.

It seems that for many of you, living in UK or Cyprus is such a burden for you and you hate these countries anyway. So do the right thing people. Leave the UK and Cyprus (both countries don't need losers anyway) and go to Russia where you can be happy and content.

And if Russia isn't to your liking, I can also suggest North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and Venezuala. Go out and find happiness. Find the rogue state that fits your mentality and psyche and be happy.

It must be so difficult for you all in UK, and Cyprus. So hard that each and every day when you all wake up, you must go against the grain of these nations and against the mainstream. It must be so hard for you to be living in democratic and free nations like them. I can't imagine how difficult it must be.

I was always so happy in Australia and I am pretty happy in US. I also stayed in Greece for a while (Athens) once and I was really happy with Greece and UAE as well. And I think I could be happy in Cyprus as well, although I was always in Cyprus on holidays and I am always happy when I am on holidays no matter what country.

So i don't really know how miserable it can be to be be in a country I loathe. I always tend to avoud such countries not move there. But since you guys are not terribly bright and live in a country that is making you all miserable, well then do the right thing and migrate to Russia and give yourselves a chance to be happy.

But your criticisams are unhinged.

I criticize Merika. Just about every Amerikan citizen criticized Merika too. That's all cool and dandy.

But when you criticize Merika on geo politics and yet countries like Russia get a free pass - then that makes you very unhinged and better suited to leaving the deplorable west for your utopia which is Pootin's Russia or some other country like it.

Iran is pretty nice. You may find happiness there as well.

For a start did your ladies live in Russia in the 90's when the Soviet union collapsed? Did they experience the era that followed up until Yeltsin? So how was their life THEN? And how was their life AFTER Putin took over? Do they really have any basis of comparison or they just assume things?
And how did they come to the conclusion that Putin is corrupt?
Did they ever learn that Putin was chosen and promoted by Yeltsin who in fact was corrupt to the bone a)because that was the only way for him to stay alive and b)because Putin was the ONLY person around who was NOT CORRUPT?

You should go to Ruzzia then and live in Moscow.

Look, pictures of Central Moscow and St Petersburg look like nice cities but saying it is better than Merika is a massive stretch to say the least.

Merika is a very bueatiful and interesting country and it is a completely pluralist, free and liberal country. And sorry, but US Cities, warts and all are actually really nice and really interesting. I would far prefer to be New York to be fair. New York is one of the most amazing places to be in. But life isn't terribly easy, sure. It is a behemith.

US has some really bueatiful cities and places, to live in and be happy. Boston, Philly, Miami, Denver, Seattle, Chicago, San Fran, San Diego, LA (California in general), Hartford, Atlanta, Houston, and so many more are just wonderful places to live. And there are so many quirky places which we all love but perhaps are not the most ideal places to be unless you are a gambler and really enjoy the hotels and casinos - places like Las Vegas.

Merika is really cool.

And whilst you could live in Moscow, I can assure you that most of the rest of us can't and we would pick Merika any day because Merika is a free and liberal country which extends equal opportunity, respect, and liberal ideals for the betterment of all its people. It isn't an Authoritrian country at all.
