Anyway, I spent couple of weeks in Paradise Island and whilst working on my flat, even in the honest days, it seems there was a very cool breeze coming from the west. Not even a fan required.

I must have been born lucky.

Today we had a very special visitor at Cyprus Coffee club. Portuguese Ambassador Vanda Sequeira joined us for some Cypriot delights and a decent friendly conversation.

Last week we had Serdar Dengtash playing guitar and Niyazi Kizilyurke MEP and Kyrikaos Djambazis and a few other friends joined in to sing dillirga.

Today was a good day at Lordo Castle.

Main meal Glefdigo with oven bulgur
Sweet Gatmer
Coffee - Cyprus coffee
Soft drink home made Limonatta made from lemons from the garden.

It is indeed heaven.

Today something I have not eaten for decades. Diyanisi Bogrulce. Next it something I always eat Gappar.

Naturally very enjoyable with fresh village bread.

Today another Cypriot specialty. Lamb, Molohia, home made bulgur and yogurt. Food fit for a Fero.


Can't get any better than that.
