The one and only reason Nato wants Ukraine and all other surrounding countries, is to be as close as possible to Russia, to intercept it's ballistic missiles BEFORE THEY BECOME HYPERSONIC.
Russia may still launch from Submarines and Stealth planes in which case the whole world will be doomed anyway.
1. Absolutely! He, as always, has a comic book view. When asked to support them he scuttles off to find “links”. You can “prove” the World’s flat with links.
2. Russia’s hypersonic weapons program’s still basically in (stalled) development. They’re relatively short range (about 2000 kilometers). Produced - in original concept - as an anti-carrier weapon. GR’s adoration of them as some sort of city busting ICBM is total bullocks. A fantasy.
It doesn’t matter pointing these things out though. The man runs on rails. The myopia express.
